A philly cheesesteak is a staple item in a New York diner. They are almost a religion in some areas. Here at blubber boy we grill locally-sourced thinly sliced ribeye steak, layer it with sautéed onions and peppers, before adding the classic American duo of cheez whiz and provolone. We serve this all up on our locally-made hoagie rolls. The best philly cheesesteaks outside of the US! Max out the taste by adding extra provolone!

Ok full disclaimer…. No NY pizzeria would ever make this… but if blubber boy makes a Hawaiian pizza, we do it right! It starts with our super crust base, lots of seasoned tomato sauce… and then we make the killer move….hand-sliced, locally-sourced smokey ham (because that commercial shredded ham sucks!) topped with hand-cut chunks of fresh local pineapple from that little cart at the side of the road out near Torbanlea. It’s almost Amish! For those little ones who just want a ham and cheese pizza you can omit the pineapple in options!

We fix you up with a fresh super crust pizza base, our seasoned tomato sauce and heaps of gooey shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then finish it off with generous slices of tasty pepperoni. FYI - NY yellow cab drivers love it!

Cheesy is the name and cheesy is the game. We cover our signature base with a mix of American cheese and seasoned tomato sauce before layering on shredded Parmesan and mozzarella. We aren't done yet though, and add another layer of cheesy goodness with slices of provolone, before topping it with a cheese wiz swirl.

Let’s get that blubber boy super crust pizza coated in our jalapeño fired smokey BBQ sauce, then get serious with pepperoni, jalapeño cheese kransky, red peppers, olives and red onion, topped with a sprinkling of spicy hot cream peppers (explosive) and chopped jalapeños and fused with gooey melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. We serve this pizza up with a swirl of yankee “Franks red hot” sauce.

Now this is a real meat pizza! First we hit you with our house made tangy, smokey BBQ sauce on top of our famous super crust base, then we get the meat party started with locally sourced rib eye steak slices before throwing down pepperoni and chopped bacon strips. We knock it out of the park with slices of jalapeño cheese kransky, a sprinkling of red onions, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and a swirl of sweet baby rays hickory and brown sugar barbeque sauce.

Sometimes simple is best! This pizza features our famous super-crust base, a deep layer of house-made tomato sauce, provolone cheese and a sprinkling of our tuscan pizza cheese blend, showcasing many of the delicious core ingredients for our blubber boy menu. Even better - 12 inches of delicious pizza. Please note, no additions or substitutions (other than gluten free) are available.

Pizza for the sweet tooth! We top our pizza base with Nutella, marshmallows and crumbled sweet biscuits before adding.

When we say fully loaded, we mean it! What's on it? Ok, here we go: super crust base, seasoned tomato sauce, sliced bacon rashes, pepperoni, jalapeño cheese kransky, red onion, pineapple, mushrooms, baby spinach, sliced olives and jalapeños. Top this off with our mozzarella and Parmesan cheese blend and you have a feast in a pizza!

We are obviously dog lovers, and here at blubber boy your fur baby gets to chow down on their own custom made doggy pizza! Your pampered pooch will be served up a 5" super crust base, spread with with our special salt and xylitol free peanut butter sauce, and topped with chicken and/or beef and a sprinkling of cheese. To make it extra special, we include our blubber boy doggy treats on top and serve in its own blubber boy doggy box.

Straight from Broadway to Hervey Bay! the bacon & egg boy from oz pizza has our super crust base slathered in our secret recipe tangy BBQ sauce, crunchy red onion and chopped bacon rashers. We then cap it off with gooey mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and a generous swirl of scrambled egg. A breakfast pizza you can enjoy anytime!

Filled with flavour, we serve up the Bock Bock Bgerk on our famous super crust base, topped with a house-made tangy, BBQ sauce, layered with sliced fresh chicken strips, red onions and a blanket of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
